[obol] barely on topic: birdy house selling NE Portland

Hi,

Pardon the bandwidth....I hope you hit delete soon if this feels like an inappropriate post.

As we have been looking for a home with good birding habitat we thought 
it might be nice if we let others know that our home in NE Portland is going on the market soon. 

This is the location that hosted Multnomah County's only Northern Waterthrush. (Those of you who were here for that, the house had 
has several improvements since then). 

We also had a N. Mockingbird visit for a couple of days.  We have found it to be a very nice urban birding location.

The location is 1386 NE Euclid Ave, off of NE 47th and Halsey in the Hollywood area.  
We are asking $389,950 for this light and comfy 3 bedroom 2 bath home.
1450 sq. ft. Full basement, two car detached garage. 

This desirable location has close by freeway access, a nearby Trader Joe's, and lots of other good urban resources.
