[obol] Black-bellied Plover at Ridgefield NWR

This morning, along with numerous Dowitchers, Dunlin, and some Yellowlegs,
there was one Black-bellied Plover in a wetlands area about 300 ft. behind
the Bachelor Island Wetlands Marker at the Ridgefield NWR River "S" unit.
