[obol] Black-headed Grosbeak, SW Portland (?) Also W-T Sparrow

OBOL,

I believe I just had a female Black-headed Grosbeak, briefly, on my  
tray feeder at the kitchen window.  This window is shielded by one of  
those one-way mirror panels, which reduces the spooking of the bird  
but also reduces visibility.  I am virtually certain this is what I  
saw, though.  Isn't it a little early?  When I looked across the  
street where the grosbeak had flown, I saw, not the grosbeak, but a  
White-throated Sparrow.  It made me wonder if there might not be a  
mixed flock moving through.  A neighbor and I kept watch for another  
ten minutes or so but never saw either bird again.
