I heard two separate flocks of GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE flying over my
house in the wee hours of Tuesday morning as well. I live on Chehalem
Mountain just north of Newberg, in Yamhill County.
The past two mornings a WILSON'S WARBLER has been singing from the brush
near the house.
GREAT HORNED OWLS and a BARN OWL were heard just after dark last night. My
wife Lory heard a NORTHERN SAW-WHET OWL calling about three nights ago.
