[obol] Benton County Bonaparte's Gull

Karan and I made a short trip out to the Philomath Sewage Ponds in hope of seeing red-necked phalaropes reported to us earlier.  We 
didn't find them, but happened onto two BONAPARTE'S GULLS foraging on the'pond' surfaces.  Karl tells us these are good birds for 
Benton County, and was quite happy  to see hundreds of them today on a Newport field trip.
