[obol] 7 Western Kingbirds and Western Tanager -- Portland Airport

One WESTERN KINGBIRD was seen yesterday evening (4/28) at PDX.  Today
(4/29) there were 7 WESTERN KINGBIRDS on the west end of the Aiport.
They might be visible on the fences with a scope from Marine drive in
the vicinty of Salty's (not the fence line right below Marine drive, but
on the fences out near the end of the runway)

Also a bright WESTERN TANAGER in the big oaks at the east of the Airport
near 82nd.
