[obol] Scrub Jays

Hello:
In regards to the concerns about scrub jays and West Nile, I have a  
TON of scrub jays in my neighborhood. It seems like entire families  
have descended into my back yard lately to eat and bury peanuts, not  
to mention pick corn off the bungee-corded cobs.

Fights break out around the Nut Hut so regularly, I'm surprised the  
OLCC hasn't yanked our liquor license.

So, at least there is a healthy, scrappy population of scrub jays  
here in NE Portland.
