[obol] Virus of some sort?

For some reason part of a message that I had received from a birder in
Ireland ended up on OBOL, as a post from Tom Crabtree under the caption
"Barred Owl in Dallas".  Tom had sent a private email to Bill Tice on that
subject.  Neither Tom or Bill had seen the email to me from Ireland. I had
emailed Tom the day before the OBOL message was sent, but on another subject
entirely.

So what could this be?  Does Bill have a virus of some sort?   Is it a
general threat to OBOL subscribers?  I have an Apple computer with virus
updates.


Maybe one of the computer gurus recognizes a problem associated with this
that is a threat to all OBOL subscribers.
