[obol] TRNWR Ruff video

[Riutta Family]

The Ruff was still prominent and very accommodating to observers who visited
Tualatin River NWR today. I arrived too late for any decent digiscoped
photos to be taken due to the heat distortion and shimmer, but I did record
a little bit of digital video. While the Ruff can be identified as such,
because of the heat it's not exactly prize winning quality. It is posted
