[obol] Black-headed Grosbeaks, Western Scrub Jays in Scappoose

As a couple of the topic threads popular on OBOL over the past week have
been sightings of Black-headed Grosbeaks and Western Scrub Jays, I can
report that both a female Black-headed Grosbeak and a Western Scrub Jay were
observed this morning in Scappoose, Oregon.
