Hi all, 
    Early this morning, I took a quick jaunt around the Lower Klamath tour route. There were 7 Sandhill Cranes near the mechanical crane in Unit 11. An immature Cooper's Hawk flew along the ditch on the right side of the exit part of the route about 2 miles from Stateline Road and the immature Red-shouldered Hawk actually gave me a good look at it about a mile from the exit. I returned home to take care of some business and then at 10AM, I headed for Township Road to check on the Swainson's Hawks in that area. I saw one from Highway 97 just south of Stateline. I drove Township Road and turned right on Oregon Drain for about 2/3 of the way to Stateline Road. I saw 12 Swainson's along that part. I returned to Township and drove to the short access road between Oregon Drain and Straits Drain Roads, I turned right on the short road and counted another 31 Swainson's from Oregon Drain and that short road.
