[obol] Juvenile Ruff North of Waldport

Hi,

   On August 20, Jill Grover reported seeing a juvenile RUFF on Saturday,
August 18th, along Bayshore Beach, in the midst of several species of
sandpipers, including Semi-palmated Plovers.  She also saw five Red-necked
Phalaropes along the water's edge.

   Bayshore Beach is the ocean beach along north Alsea Bay Spit, north of
Waldport.
