[obol] RFI: Tri-colored Blackbird in Douglas or Klamath Counties

Hi OBOL,

Does anyone know of locations where one has a good chance of seeing
Tri-colored Blackbirds this time of year in either Douglas or Klamath
counties?  Are there birds still at the Ford's Pond location near Sutherlin?
