[obol] Brant at Yaquina Bay

Hi,

   In the afternoon of Friday, August 24, Pete Lawson saw 20-25 Brant east
of the HMSC Nature Trail at Idaho Flats.

   Oversummering, nonbreeding Brant occasionally occur in Lincoln County,
usually along the open coast, but this is our first report this summer.
