I finally saw my Coos County STILT SANDPIPER this evening at Bandon Marsh.  
There were actually 2 birds; one flew by calling while I was looking at the 
first one.

Also seen were:

75+     Semipalmated Plover
16       Marbled Godwit
3         Short-billed Dowitcher
2000+  Western Sandpiper
100+    Least Sandpiper
1         Baird's Sandpiper
1         Black Turnstone
400+   Red-necked Phalarope
