[obol] Black Rail RBA (BABY RAIL?)

Dear Bob,
Thank you for NOT giving out the location of the BLACK RAIL on OBOL.
You have probably saved many a RAIL lifes’, as NAMC now says you can’t
count a RAIL by hearing, you gott’a see it.
We will now have wetlands destroyed by egoNAMCs, young and old, who
will slog through sensitive wetlands until they get their RAIL ... for
their list. It is a legal excuse for access, and destruction.
Can we get this rule changed? Before the September 2007 NAMC? Will
birders ever start thinking about what is best for the birds instead of
the SIZE of their list? What is REALLY important here?
