Obol,
   The gull flock at Fern Ridge Dam has increased to a couple hundred birds,
depending on time of day.  A lot of the birds were on the lake today.  Last
night there were maybe 60 gulls at the dam.  Mostly RING-BILLED GULLS, but
some GLAUCOUS WINGED and at least 1 young THAYERS GULL.  Went back this AM
and found a young MEW GULL.  There was also a HERRING GULL on the mudflats.
Maybe this wind will bring the rare gulls.
   I drove north and found 2 ROUGH-LEGGED HAWKS at Washburne Ln.  There was
also a large Ring-billed Gull flock in the area.
