[obol] rough legged hawk

There was a ROUGH LEGGED HAWK hunting the field west of the intersection of Territorial and Cox Butte Rd. this morning. This is a few miles west of Junction City. At the park in Monroe (Wilhelm Water Wheel site) there was a BLACK PHOEBE flycatching around the construction site. Also there, WHITE BREASTED NUTHATCH, WOOD DUCKS (many), DOWNY WOODPECKER, BROWN CREEPER, YR WARBLER, BC CHICKADEE, RC KINGLET, and SPOTTED TOWHEE. Cheers, Randy Sinnott
