for Astoria, sounds like gusts only to 85 mph here on
the balmy south coast on Monday (there is a flood
watch for Monday & Tuesday also):

Astoria forecast (similar to the central coast
forecast):

TO 30 MPH.
..SUNDAY...RAIN. STRONG WINDS. RAIN MAY BE HEAVY AT
TIMES. HIGHS AROUND 50. SOUTHEAST WIND 15 TO 30 MPH
EARLY BECOMING SOUTH  SOUTH 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
75 MPH BEACHES AND HEADLANDS AND 65 MPH COASTAL
COMMUNITIES.
..SUNDAY NIGHT...RAIN. STRONG WINDS. WARMER. RAIN MAY
BE HEAVY AT TIMES AFTER MIDNIGHT. LOWS AROUND 50.
