Today several people birded Livermore Road. We saw a Bald Eagle, Red-tailed Hawk, Rough-legged Hawk, Prairie Falcon and an American Falcon. Also saw a Say's Phoebe but no Black Phoebe. Doug Robberson Tigard, OR
