[obol] JACK SNIPE in Coos County

[Alan Contreras]

My understanding is the old Coos County record has been, how can I put it
delicately, withdrawn by the perpetrators.  I suspect that the perps will
maintain a discreet silence rather than eat the rat sandwich I have made for
them.
