[obol] Fern Ridge Storm

Obol,
   On Saturday I had my FOY EURASIAN WIGEON at Kirk Pond.  It was with maybe
a dozen Americans.
Today, thinking things might get interesting I cruised the dam area.  No
phalaropes, jaegers, storm-petrels, kittiwakes or albatrosses.  In fact, not
a whole lot of anything.  There was a lightly colored MARSH WREN on the
rocky part of the dam, near the actual dam structure.  Too windy and wet to
get good looks, but had a streaky dark back.  Seemed long tailed.
Interesting location if nothing else.
    Gulls have completely cleared out.  Saw maybe a dozen on the water (not
that I could see much water).  Only one or two GW GULLS below dam.  No
Wigeon today.  Maybe all the Fern Ridge birds blew up to Finley or
something...
