[obol] Lower Klamath raptors

Hi all,
    Today, I spend a few hours looking for raptors around Lower Klamath 
Refuge. I saw more than twenty Rough-legged Hawks along Oregon Drain and 
Township Roads. Along Stateline Road, there was an adult Peregrine 
Falcon perched on a telephone pole 0.7 miles east of the refuge 
entrance. I drove the auto tour route and a bit south of it and could 
not see any Short-eared Owls in the area where I had seen 11 a week 
before. There was an immature Northern Shrike on a lone small willow 1.7 
miles south of Intersection B. I only saw seven Bald Eagles and all but 
one were in the large willows near the exit. That got me to thinking 
that Laird's Landing might not have many eagles roosting there. I 
arrived at that spot a bit after 4PM and saw about twenty eagles in the 
roosting area. By the time I departed, a bit after 5PM, that number had
