[obol] Anybody coast-bound?

I don't reccommend any one coming over to the coast all roads are 
closed from Astoria to Newport, Tillamook is under water so is 
Nehalem. The Sheriff is asking people to stay away so you don't get 
in the way of those trying to clear the roads
