[obol] Christmas Valley Raptor Survey

Dwayne Cole and I drove the Xmas Valley Raptor Survey Route yesterday (12/11).
We started out with dense fog and the temp a 6 degrees.  After the 1st hour, the fog lifted and we had cloudy - p. cloudy skies , no wind and the temp got up to 27 degrees.  The Buteo numbers seem to be way down from last year.
