[obol] Rough-legged Hawks

It is a banner year for Rough-legged Hawks. I led my first outing of the
season to the Klamath Basin last weekend, and we saw sixty (60!)
rough-leggeds. The birds were distributed along Township Road, the Drains
area, and the Lower Klamath Lake NWR auto tour route. We have also seen
several Rough-legged Hawks in Jackson County this fall, which is quite
unusual.
