[obol] Broughton Beach: 4 SHORT EARED OWLS

Around 3p this afternoon, Debby de Carlo and I saw 4 SHORT EARED OWLS
at Broughton Beach on Marine Drive across from the W end of the PDX
runways.  At one point they were all in the air and over the Columbia
River at the same time.  A bit later 2 were 3-4 feet above the water,
and were seemingly "hunting" over the middle of the river for several
minutes.  Odd Indeed!
