Arctic Loon seen today about 350 yards to west of bridge at 9:45 AM. Had great looks at Western Grebes for about 10 minutes or so before spotting the bird way off to the west. Did manage some point-n-shoot zoom photos that at least ID the bird. Hwy 30 is now open to one way traffic with a 15 minute wait for pilot car. John Thomas Silverton
