[obol] Arctic Loon Wed. 19th still there

Clatsop County, Brownsmead, Blind Slough, Barendse Rd. Bridge

We did immediately find the ARCTIC LOON close to the west side of Barense Rd. Bridge as previously reported This was just before noon today.  It moved further west of the bridge for a while and then apparently moved underwater about 200 yards east of the bridge where we located it about 20 minutes later.
There was about a 15 minute delay at the Hwy 30 slide west bound and 20 minutes east bound.  Just enough time for coffee, PBJs, and guide books.
Conditions were decent with 5-10 mph wind and passing squalls.
