[obol] Addendum to Arctic Loon sighting yesterday

Meant to add that Henry and I also observed an imm. BONAPARTE'S GULL and a
SPOTTED SANDPIPER at the Hammond Boat launch.  Both were working the bottom
of the ramp and presumably finding something edible there.

can do it is all of the incentives are towards less medical care, because
the less care they give them, the more money they make.

E:  And the incentives run the right way.
