[obol] Arctic Loon YES

Our group of four along with a couple other birders saw the Arctic Loon 
Friday about 10:15 AM after it passed under the bridge going down stream and 
then it flew up stream not to be seen again in several hours even though we 
search the creek and the near by river extensily. There were lots of birds 
on the river but most of them were on the far side next to the island.Some 
of the other loons and grebes on the creek stayed in the area they were most 
of the time we were there. Why didn't the loon?  $#%@   It has some other 
place it likes too.

We also saw a White-tailed Kite in the area and another birded spotted a 
Northern Shrike.
