[obol] Arctic Loon YES!

The Arctic Loon flew into viewing about 9:30am this morning (Sunday) near
the boat ramp for about 8 people to see.  I arrived about 7:45am it showed
up about 9:30am it was still there when I left at 10:30am.  Red throated
Loons, Pacific Loons, Red Breasted Mergansers, Buffleheads', Scaup, Bald
Eagle, D/C Cormorant's were also seen.
