[obol] birders needed for Eugene CBC

The Eugene CBC is on Sunday, December 30.

Area 13 needs a leader.  That's the Coyote Unit of Fern Ridge Reservoir, the area south of highway 126.  It's an area that has produced many good birds.  Contact Dick Lampster if you are interested in being a team leader for that area.  Dick's email is maeve at pop.uoregon.edu

Area 21, the Fisher Butte Unit of Fern Ridge Reservoir surrounding Royal Avenue can use some help, too.  Larry McQueen, Gary Tepfer and I are leading this team and some of our regular helpers are unable to attend.  We expect to find more than 80 bird species in this very productive area, including five species of owls.  If you are interested in helping, please contact me at dbarendt at comcast.net
