I saw the largest flock of CEDAR WAXINGS I have ever seen today.  While 
walking to my car, I first heard them and then looked up and they were all 
over these trees that had red berries (I believe they are hawthorne trees). 
I started counting and got to 81 when I realized I was hearing more behind 
me and saw about 20 more in another tree, but they flew to the main group 
before I could count them.

This was in a parking lot south of the Kaiser East Interstate Building at 
3550 N. Interstate Ave, Portland.
