[obol] CBC longevity

I was conversing with someone who has been birding in Oregon for a while and
we wondered who has participated in the same CBC the longest?

And even more arcane, who has been in the SAME AREA on an Oregon CBC for the
longest period?  I think I know someone who has covered the same area on the
Eugene CBC for 40 years (this might be Year 40, though I think he has missed
one or two).  How about it, Larry?
