[obol] Arctic Loon all day

I did the Wahkiakum CBC today.  My area was Brownsmead including
the primary territory of the ARCTIC LOON.  I saw it at at 08:30.
I got a phone call from the folks in the next sector over that
they saw it at 10:00.  I saw it at 11:30.  I saw it at about 14:00.  
I saw it with people who had Idaho license plates.  I saw it with 
people who had Washington license plates.  I saw it with people who 
had Oregon license plate.  It a lifer bird for everyone (except me).

I may go out and see it again tomorrow.

I also saw a WHITE-THROATED SPARROW, HARLAN'S HAWK.  Daylist of
76 species.
