[obol] Christmas Count Longevity

For me, it's year 26 in the Eugene CBC's area 19, which includes Stewart
Pond.  I live in the area so I don't even have to leave home to start
counting.  Before latching on to my home area, I did several different areas
in the western portion of the circle.
