[obol] Arctic Loon

When we arrived at it's usuall local this afternoon early the county 
had a boat out cruising the bridge and some birders pointed out the 
Loon as a spot down near the rail bridge. We went back and went down 
Station Rd and had good looks at it and a group of Grebes before they 
headed slowly back to the big bridge.It was bitterly cold after the 
balmy 25 F at the coast :)
