I seem to recall a potential Rufous sighting (actually, multiple sightings in the same yard) in north Eugene back in December. Perhaps this is the same bird?

Hi Folks. Thought I'd pass along two observations from Dael Parsons:
Yesterday morning, she heard several "zee-chuppety-chups" in the area
around the UO in Eugene. Seems early for a Rufous Hummingbird, but ...
She and her husband both caught (on separate occasions) a Townsend's
Warbler seeming to drink out of their hummingbird feeder. The bird
dipped its beak into the opening and tipped its head back to swallow.
She says on both occasions the feeder had recently been cleaned and
had no bugs in or around it. I can vouch for her housekeeping.
Best regards,
Margie
