[obol] Brays Point, Lane Co. update

Dear All,
	Iain Tomlinson and I spent 7 hours today looking for the Steller's
Eider covering the section about a mile north of Brays Point to about a mile
south of Brays Point.  We never saw the bird.  Our best bird may have been
the male BLACK SCOTER we saw about 3/4 mile south of Brays Point.  We saw at
least 1000 scoters in the area we covered, probably 60-70% SURF SCOTERS and
the rest being WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS.  We also saw 2 RHINOCEROS AUKLETS and
about four MARBLED MURRULETS.
