Obolers,

Before anyone gets the wrong idea, the official marking of captive waterfowl
is the complete removal of the rear toe on the right leg.

The Eugene Falcated Duck has a complete right foot including all of its
toes. 

So proving if the bird is wild or not by using toe marking is moot.
