[obol] N. Harrier at Powell Butte

Digiscoping Powell Butte today, I had my first encounter up there with a Northern Harrier, a juvenile.  Photo at: http://home.earthlink.net/~s.berliner/ under the "other birds" link at top.  After my subject Kestrel flew, I glanced around the open field from where I stood and there it was, sheltering in the dead grasses, about 35 yards away.  I got the photos, my first decent ones of the species.
