[obol] Band-tailed Pigeon at Mt Tabor

My son saw a bat as we came up the
driveway about 5;30 this evening. All the
birds are showing up on cue, but a month
or more ahead of average. What is anomalous
is that the native vegetation remains dormant,
no trace of green on the Indian Plum, no color
for weeks to come in the Red-flowering Currant.
