[obol] Barred Owl in Salem

BARRED OWL has probably been found in Salem before (maybe many times) 
but, for the record, one was photographed recently near the Oregon 
State Fairgrounds.  The grandmother of the photographer (who found it 
in his back yard) sent the photo to me, and I have posted it at 
http://empids.blogspot.com/.
