[obol] Bean Geese

Sorry this is a day late. The sighting was technically Northern CA - Lower Klamath NWR.
   
  Here are the particulars I posted on the local Audubon sites:
   
  There were two Bean Geese at the bottom end of the auto tour loop.  There is no mistaking them for anything else. I was scanning the Greater White-fronted Goose flocks for other things when I stumbled upon them. I saw them at about 50 yards with a spotting scope(at different times)and watched them for about 5 minutes. They were about 75 yards apart foraging in the flooded weeds on the south side of the canal that divides unit 7 to the no hunting zone. 
   
  I was parked at:
  N41 degrees, 56.546 minutes  /  W121 degrees, 42.081 minutes. Map Datum WGS 84 They were approximately 50 yards south of that location.
