Thanks for drawing our attention to these Winston sightings.  The GBBC
does have a regional reviewer to fix these types of reports.  As usual,
some things slip through the filters, especially, I might add, if
someone is deliberately gaming the system.  Of course, nobody on OBOL
would do such a thing to make a point, right?

 

At any rate, we'll be doing all we can to keep bad sightings out, and to
delete those that we can find.  If anyone sees problem reports slipping
through, feel free to email them to me and I will forward them to the
Oregon reviewer.  

 

Thanks for your help in keeping Oregon GBBC reports clean.
