[obol] explanation for GBBC counts

Actually that is not a surprising number of robins at this time of year.
Flocks of hundreds are pretty regular at preferred sites on the valley floor
(they are especially fond of pastures full of cows on wet ground) and in the
juniper stands of central Oregon. When they show up varies a bit,
especially in w Oregon. Some winters there are a lot around all winter; in
other years they come through mainly from late winter through maybe early
April.
