[obol] Bird feeder attracts a bear

I had the same problem as Dennis and can't put suet out anymore. One
bear came up our back stairs, left it's muddy front paw prints on our
side wall as it tried to reach our tube feeder hanging from under the
eve of the house. It didn't reached the feeder but I'm not too happy
about having a bear on my back porch!
