This is significant enough that we should probably coordinate a
total beach search if we can get the surf to settle down.

Todd Thornton and I "carhopped" clatsop beach in the mid-90's
so that we could cover most of the beach on foot, unfortunately
the high tides are all at midday this week, they're spring tides
AND there's a storm surge.

I will try to get out an do SJCR to Peter Iredale tomorrow or
Wednesday (probably Wednesday day because Michelle's running a
fever). I can park my bike at one end and my truck at the other.

Arcadia Beach just south of Cannon Beach. The MOPE was fresh,
only the breast was scavenged. We do monthly beach surveys there
for COASST http://www.coasst.org David Bailey found a dead MOPE
near Gearhart last week.
