[obol] JoCo Lower River Rd area

This morning (01-03-07) check Lower River Rd (west of Grants Pass) to see what might be around in the rain.  Not much unexpected; didn't do any intense looking due to rain.

were at least 4 EURASIAN WIGEONS (males)
half dozen NORTHERN PINTAILS
4 or so BROWN-HEADED COWBIRDS
